D.O.S.E Podcast
D.O.S.E. is an acronym for the chemicals (Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, Endorphins) in the brain that influences happiness. The D.O.S.E. podcast was created by the TEDx Club of Carmel High from California with a mission to spread happiness around the world, connecting everyone during the current significant global changes.
Each Sunday at 12 PM PST, host Ayami Cole will bring on different guests from Carmel High School and discuss topics ranging from Women in STEM to High School Relationships.

Grayden Miller is a sophomore from Carmel High school and is an active field hockey player. In the spring of 2022, she is planning to join the lacrosse team. Grayden enjoys playing guitar, painting, and reading.
